.DISCUSSION...

Showers and thunderstorm are expected to develop over or near the burn
location. These thunderstorms will not have a lot of heavy rain unless
the core of the storm goes directly over the fire, but the issue is that
there will be a gusty and erratic winds developing. The direction will
depend on where the storm is. For exaple, there is a thunderstorm to the
east of the fire right now, so a likely outcome is for there to be a
strong outflow from the east to the west. Gusts in this type of environment
will be gust up to around 40 MPH. Thundestorm chances like this
will occur until right around sunset, but will dissipate shortly after
sunset.
