.DISCUSSION...

Plan on cloudy and cool conditions to start the day, with partial
clearing expected through the afternoon. Winds will be on the
increase tonight through tomorrow as another upper system
approaches the state, and conditions will become windy on
Tuesday. Though it will be slightly warmer tomorrow, snow will
start to push in Tuesday night, and will likely be falling across
the burn site on Wednesday.

                    sunny after 1100.
