Cold conditions with off and on light snow will continue today,
though any additional accumulations will remain under 1 inch.
Winds will remain light which will keep dispersions solidly in
the poor category today.  Winds begin to increase overnight with
clear skies and warmer conditions for Thursday.  Afternoon dispersions
will rise into the fair category in the afternoon.
