Localized strong gap-flow winds were occurring over the region at
this time. Expect strong west to northwest winds of 40 mph
through 1700 local. Then winds will become northwest 15 to 25 mph
through 2000 local. Then expect northeast winds 3 to 6 mph through
the remainder of the night.

Humidities should increase this evening once the winds shift to
the northeast.

Dry conditions are expected through the forecast period.
