.DISCUSSION...

Wintry weather is expected throughout the period of interest. A
potent winter storm will be pushing over the region tonight and
through tomorrow, which will bring increased moisture to the
region. Precipitation chances will fall between 40 to 45 percent
overnight, and will quickly increase during the morning, with
precipitation chances rising to 60 to 70 percent between 5AM and
8AM and then increase to and maintain around 80 to 85 percent
after 8AM. Any precipitation that falls is expected to fall as
snow, with an additional 5 to 8 inches of snow accumulation
tonight through Friday. As for humidity, values will increase to
around 95 percent tonight, and drop down to 80 to 90 percent
tomorrow. Finally, as for winds, winds will maintain a northerly to
northeasterly component, with sustained winds remaining less than
10 mph and gusts remaining between 10 to 15 mph.
