.DISCUSSION...

Winds will be the primary concern at the burn site through
Friday.  Southwest to westerly winds, with occasional gusts
to near 25 mph will be possible Thursday afternoon, and again
late Thursday night into Friday morning.  Westerly winds will
then increase, with gusts near 35 mph on Friday afternoon.
Humidity values look to remain above 20 percent on Thursday,
but drier air will arrive on Friday, with humidity values
falling into the upper teens percent.

Max temperature.....45F.
Min humidity........18-23 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Southwest winds 14-18 mph with gusts near
                    25 mph.  A few stronger gusts may be possible,
                    especially early in the day.
