.DISCUSSION...

Strong westerly flow aloft at the burn site will transition down
to the surface through this afternoon and evening with gusts near
60 mph possible.  Periods of rain and snow will be possible through
this evening, becoming all snow overnight and prevailing through much
of the day on Wednesday.  Several inches of snow may be possible at the
burn site through Wednesday afternoon.  The strong winds will also
subside and turn northerly on Wednesday.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny(45 percent) until 1700, then
                    mostly cloudy. Slight chance of rain and snow showers
                    after 1600.

Min humidity........40-45 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Windy. Southwest winds 35-40 mph with gusts to
                    around 60 mph.
Mixing height.......3000 ft agl.
