.DISCUSSION...

Dry weather is expected to occur today over the accident site. Winds
will become southeast at 10 to 15 mph and will gradually become more
easterly by mid afternoon. It will be relatively cool today with max
temps only reaching the low 80s.

Although thunderstorms will be visible today over the mountains just
west of the accident site, the storms should remain over the mountains.

It will remain dry through this evening and into the night time hours.
