.Discussion...
Warmer and drier weather will spread across southern CO through
the middle of the work week. Winds will gradually increase
Friday with the approach of the next storm system though humidities
may stay above critical thresholds across the mountains and valleys
where winds will be strongest. Showers will spread into
the Continental Divide late Friday and across portions of the
southeast plains on Saturday. This will bring a cool down
into the weekend. The best chance for wetting precipitation will be
across the Continental Divide where light amounts will be possible,
including some light snow across the higher peaks. Cooler
conditions persist into early next week as the unsettled weather
pattern continues.
Most areas will see afternoon dispersions rise into the good or
better category both Wednesday and Thursday.
