.Discussion...
No critical fire weather conditions are expected over the next
several days. Winds will remain rather light over the next several
days and remain below the 25 mph gusts threshold. Humidity values
will hover around 15 percent for areas west of the I-25 corridor,
though given lighter winds, no widespread critical fire weather
conditions are anticipated. In addition, daily afternoon showers
and storms are expected, initially across the mountains and
valleys through Friday, and then expanding across the plains
through Tuesday.
Smoke dispersion rates today and tomorrow will vary widely across
the district, with Poor to Fair rates across the higher terrain,
and Good to Excellent rates across the plains.
