.Discussion...
No critical fire weather conditions are expected over the next
several days. Humidity values will continue to hover around 15
percent for areas west of the I-25 corridor, though winds will
remain rather light over the next several days and remain below
the 25 mph gust threshold. Scattered afternoon and evening
showers and storms are expected today through Monday, then only
isolated, weak storms are forecast for Tuesday and Wednesday,
mainly across the mountains. Storm chances will increase
Thursday and Friday as a cold front moves through the state.
Temperatures will be above seasonal averages for much of the
week, before cooling on Friday.
Smoke dispersion rates today and tomorrow will vary from Good to
Excellent across the district.
