THURSDAY EVENING...
* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall will be
possible.
* WHERE...The Eastern San Juan Mountains and Upper Rio Grande Valley.
* WHEN...From Wednesday afternoon through Thursday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Multiple rounds of thunderstorms are forecast Wednesday afternoon
through Thursday evening producing periods of heavy rainfall and
potential flash flooding.
