...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SAN BERNARDINO...NORTH CENTRAL
IMPERIAL AND RIVERSIDE COUNTIES THROUGH 515 PM PST...

At 413 PM PST, Doppler radar was tracking showers and embedded
strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 7 miles west of
Eagle Mtn to 13 miles east of Bombay Beach to Westmorland. Movement
was northeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph, pea size hail, brief heavy
         rainfall and localized minor flooding.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Heavy rainfall could produce ponding of water and minor
         flooding. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow
         around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects
         is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Brawley, Desert Center, Westmorland, Eagle Mtn, Calipatria, Slab
City, Niland, and Wiest.

This includes the following highways...
CA Interstate 10 between mile markers 91 and 116.
CA Route 78 between mile markers 14 and 17.
CA Route 111 between mile markers 21 and 44.
