...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT GILA AND MARICOPA COUNTIES
THROUGH 700 PM MST...

At 629 PM MST, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of convective
showers in northeast Maricopa with an outflow boundary along a line
extending from near Sycamore Creek to near Round Valley to near
Ballantine Trailhead to near Rio Verde. Outflow movement was east at
35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Round Valley, Punkin Center, McDowell Mountain Park, Roosevelt Dam,
Sugarloaf Mountain, Sycamore Creek, Ballantine Trailhead, Tonto
Basin, Tonto National Monument, Four Peaks, Sunflower, Apache Lake,
Rio Verde, Roosevelt, and Oak Spring Canyon.

This includes the following highways...
AZ Route 87 between mile markers 198 and 229.
AZ Route 188 between mile markers 240 and 266.
