National Weather Service Phoenix Computer Upgrade With Some
Services Unavailable April 28 to April 30, 2025

NOAA`s National Weather Service office in Phoenix AZ will be
undergoing an upgrade of their computer systems between Monday April
28 and Wednesday April 30, 2025. During this maintenance, some
regular products and services will be unavailable.

NOAA Weather Radio broadcasts will be suspended for Phoenix(KEC94),
Yuma(WXL87)and Globe(WWG42). Some routine climate text products will
be unavailable that include the Preliminary Monthly Climate
Data(CF6). The radar feed for the Terminal Doppler Weather
Radar(TDWR)out of Sky Harbor (TPHX)will not be available. Note
that radar imagery from Phoenix at Mesa Gateway(KIWA)and
Yuma(KYUX)will remain available.

These products and services will become unavailable the morning of
Monday, April, 28 and resume Wednesday, April, 30 late in the day.

We apologize for any inconvenience this temporary suspension of
these products and services may cause.

All other routine and warning operations will continue
uninteruppted.

We encourage users in the area to have multiple ways to receive
warnings and to ensure they have Wireless Emergency Alerts turned on
on their phones.
