* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 11 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Difficult driving conditions, especially for larger
  vehicles traveling along roads with crosswinds.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
