.DISCUSSION...
Chances for monsoonal activity will continue Monday with afternoon
chances for thunderstorms around 30%. The threat for isolated
thunderstorm activity Monday afternoon into the early evening will
primarily pose a threat for lightning and gusty, erratic outflow
winds. Stronger thunderstorms will have the potential for producing
strong outflows with the latest guidance supporting about a 30%
chance for outflows in excess of 35 mph. Outside of any
thunderstorms and associated gusty outflows, winds will generally
follow diurnal tendencies with afternoon gusts upwards of 20-25 mph.
Min RHs Monday will be around 20%, while overnight Max RHs are
expected to be around 50-60%.

Wind (20 ft)........West winds 5 to 11 mph. Afternoon gusts around

                    mostly clear (15-25 percent). Chance of showers
                    and thunderstorms in the evening.

Wind (20 ft)........West winds 5 to 8 mph shifting to the south 5
