.DISCUSSION...
Unusually hot conditions will persist through Friday with isolated
afternoon mountain thunderstorms potentially creating abrupt wind
shifts with gusty outflows. Gusty thunderstorm winds will be most
likely late Thursday afternoon. Otherwise, humidity values will
only increase slightly the next several days. Outside of thunderstorm
induced wind gusts, a few gusts up to 15-20 mph will be common during
the afternoon hours.
