.DISCUSSION...
An abnormally hot and dry pattern will continue through the beginning
of this week. Expect highs to top out around 105 to 107 degrees each
afternoon. Winds will follow typical diurnal patterns, N-NW drainage
flow at night, followed by W-SW upslope flow in the afternoon. Gusts
up to 20-25 mph can be expected Monday afternoon. Relative humidity will
bottom out around 10% on Monday and 15% on Tuesday with poor overnight
recovery anticipated. Gusty winds coupled with low humidity will result
in elevated fire weather conditions during the late afternoon period.
