Temperatures warming well above normal, drying conditions, and
winds generally following diurnal patterns can be expected
through Friday. Light downvalley (easterly) winds will prevail
Thursday and Friday mornings, followed by upvalley (westerly)
winds during the afternoon and evening. Moderate confidence exists
in a period of breezy east winds around 15 mph mid-late Thursday
morning. Afternoon upslope breezes will increase from around 15
mph to near 20 mph as early as Friday and into the weekend.
Afternoon minRHs will be near 10% both days, with poor to fair
overnight recoveries Thursday night.
