diurnal transitions (SE`rly overnight and S/SW`rly during the
afternoon/evening). Wind speeds will generally be around 10 mph or
less, with some occasional gusts into the teens during the
afternoon and evening hours, mainly on Thursday. Min RHs will be
around 15-25% with poor overnight recovery.
