With temperatures cooling slightly, but still somewhat above normal, very dry conditions will persist through Saturday. Minimum humidity values will mostly fall in a 5-10% range following generally poor overnight recovery of 20-30%. Wind gusts 20-30 mph should develop over much of the region with the strongest gusts near and downstream of ridge tops yielding an elevated fire danger.
