090 FNUS55 KPSR 042202 FWFPSR Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Southwest and South-Central Arizona and Southeast California National Weather Service Phoenix AZ 302 PM MST Fri Jul 4 2025 .DISCUSSION... Near to below-normal temperatures will persist into the start of the weekend, with above-normal readings returning by Sunday. Some lingering moisture will result in relatively elevated MinRH values with readings between 20-25% in the eastern districts and 15-20% in the western zones. Overnight recoveries tonight will offer some decent relief as readings hover between 40-60%. However, drier air will result in decreasing RH values for Saturday, with daily minimums generally between 10-20% and max values hovering around 25-35%. Winds will follow familiar diurnal trends, with typical afternoon breeziness. Slightly more elevated gusts (20-25 mph) can be anticipated along the lower Colorado River Valley. ...Thunderstorms imply gusty winds...
