.DISCUSSION...
Very hot and dry conditions will persist through Monday as lower
desert high temperatures are expected to exceed 110 degrees. MinRH
values are expected to range between 5-15% with poor overnight
recoveries between 20-35% across most of the area. Overall wind
pattern will follow the familiar diurnal trends with the typical
afternoon upslope breeziness, with gusts between 15-20 mph. There
is about a 30-50% chance Monday evening of an easterly outflow
emanating from distant thunderstorm activity to push through the
far eastern districts.
