.DISCUSSION...
Above normal temperatures and dry conditions will prevail through
this week. Minimum humidity levels will remain stable early this
week, mostly bottoming out between 10-15%, following poor to fair
overnight recoveries of 20-40%. A slight improvement in overall
humidities is expected during the latter half of the week. Winds
will be light, generally 15 mph or less, and will tend to follow a
typical diurnal upslope/nocturnal drainage pattern with limited
afternoon gustiness.
