Dry conditions will continue through at least Wednesday, with
temperatures near to slightly above normal for the time of year.
Expect typical diurnally driven winds today, with occasional
upslope breeziness in the afternoon. Winds increase somewhat
Wednesday, with afternoon gusts peaking between 15-25 mph.
Afternoon minRHs will bottom out in the upper single digits across
the vast majority of the area today, increasing slightly Wednesday
into the low teens. Overnight recoveries will be poor to fair,
generally between 25-40% for the eastern districts, and a bit
higher for the western districts, between 35-50%.
