Chances for showers and storms will be relegated to eastern districts through Wednesday with gusty winds and localized minor flooding impacts the greatest hazard from these storms. With a moisture increase tonight across eastern districts, minimum afternoon humidity levels will fall into a 25-40% range, while western districts remain dry with minimum levels at 15-20%. Conditions dry out quickly Wednesday, with minimum humidity levels falling to 10-20% across all districts. Overnight recovery will be good the next couple nights at 30-60% across all districts. Other than thunderstorm outflow winds, typical modest afternoon upslope gustiness will be common.
