Hot and dry conditions will prevail through the latter half of
the week with temperatures ranging from 3-5 degrees above normal.
MinRHs today will bottom out in the single digits to the lower
teens through Thursday, but improving to 15% or greater on Friday.
Overnight recoveries will remain poor to fair. Winds will generally
remain 10 mph or less over the next few days with limited afternoon
upslope gusts.
