...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM MST EARLY THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Urban areas and small streams flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Maricopa County in south central Arizona...

* WHEN...Until 500 AM MST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of Indian Bend Wash is imminent or occurring.
  Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be
  passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 228 AM MST, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area.
  - Flooding is occurring along the Indian Bend Wash.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Paradise Valley and Downtown Scottsdale.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
