The National Weather Service in Phoenix has issued a

* Dust Advisory for...
  Maricopa County in south central Arizona...

* Until 330 AM MST.

* At 222 AM MST, an area of dust was moving north into portions of
  Tempe, Phoenix, Chandler. Expect this dust to affect central and
  eastern portions of the Phoenix Metro through 3 AM.

  HAZARD...Less than two miles visibility with strong wind in excess
           of 30 mph.

  SOURCE...Doppler radar.

  IMPACT...Hazardous travel.

* This includes the following highways...
  AZ Interstate 10 between mile markers 137 and 161.
  AZ Interstate 17 between mile markers 195 and 203.
  AZ Route 51 between mile markers 1 and 3.

Locations impacted include...
Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Tolleson, Laveen, East Mesa,
Queen Creek, Tempe Marketplace, Papago Park, Falcon Field Airport,
South Phoenix, Arizona State Fairgrounds, and San Tan Village Mall.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Blowing dust brings reduced visibility, leading to dangerous driving
conditions. If driving, avoid blowing dust if possible. If caught in
dense blowing dust, pull off the road, turn off your lights and keep
your foot off the brake.
