* At 1247 PM PST, a severe thunderstorm was located over Garibaldi,
  moving northeast at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...60 to 70 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is possible to
           mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include...
  Garibaldi, Manzanita, Jewell, Rockaway Beach, Elsie, Cape Meares,
  Bay City, Wheeler, Nehalem, Hamlet, Mohler, Klaskanine Summit,
  Foss, Necanicum, Saddle Mountain, and Salmonberry.

This includes the following highways in Oregon...
 U.S. Highway 26 west of Portland between mile markers 1 and 21.
