...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN SKAMANIA COUNTY
THROUGH 500 PM PDT...

At 435 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles northwest of North Bonneville, or 8 miles west of Stevenson,
moving north at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Trapper Creek Wilderness.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
