...LOW WATER ALERT FOR THE LOWER WILLAMETTE AND COLUMBIA RIVERS...

It is that time of the year when river flow in the rivers is nearing
its lowest for the season.

Over the coming days, Willamette and Columbia river levels will drop
below 1 foot during the low tides. This is for areas on the
Columbia River near the Vancouver area and the lower Willamette
River downstream from the Willamette Falls at Oregon City.

Portland and Vancouver harbor low tide time for the next 4 days....
0.8 feet at 3 pm Saturday
0.7 feet at 4 am Sunday
0.5 feet at 3 pm Sunday
0.5 feet at 5 am Monday
0.5 feet at 3 pm Monday
0.5 feet at 6 am Tuesday
0.5 feet at 4 pm Tuesday

Use caution when boating, as items that are often deeply submerged
may now be exposed or just below the river surface.
