The National Weather Service in Portland has cancelled the Red
Flag Warning.

Forecast wind speeds continue to decrease through Wednesday while
minumum relative humidity values are expected to fall to as low
as 20-30% Wednesday afternoon. Poor overnight humidity values
ranging between 35-45% are still expected.
