WEDNESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...For the Freeze Warning Monday night into Tuesday morning,
  sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28 to 32 degrees expected. For
  the Freeze Watch Tuesday night into Wednesday morning,
  sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28 to 32 degrees possible.

* WHERE...Upper Hood River Valley.

* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, until 9 AM PDT this morning. For
  the Freeze Watch, from late tonight through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...For the Freeze Warning Monday night into
  Tuesday morning, probabilities for temperatures at or below 32
  degrees range between 70-95%, while probabilities for a hard
  freeze with temperatures of 28 degrees or colder range between
  5-35%. For the Freeze Watch Tuesday night into Wednesday morning,
  probabilities for temperatures at or below 32 degrees range
  between 50-70%, while probabilities for a hard freeze with
  temperatures of 28 degrees or colder range between 15-40%. These
  probabilities are highest in the Parkdale area and lowest in Odell.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

To prevent water pipes from freezing; wrap or drain or allow them to
drip slowly.

Take steps now to protect tender outdoor plants from the cold.
Consider temporarily moving outdoor potted plants indoors if they
are sensitive to cold temperatures.

Consider temporarily covering sensitive plants with a lightweight
cotton fabric (i.e., bedsheets, thin blankets), as this will help
retain heat and provide frost protection for your plants.

...FROST ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM PDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 33 to 36 degrees will result in
  frost formation.

* WHERE...South Willamette Valley, Lower Columbia River and Cowlitz
  River Valleys, North Oregon Coast Range Lowlands, Tualatin Valley,
  Cascade Foothills of Marion and Linn Counties, Lane County Cascade
  Foothills, North Clark County Lowlands, Inner Vancouver Metro, and
  South Washington Cascade Foothills.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM PDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take steps now to protect tender outdoor plants from the cold.
Consider temporarily moving outdoor potted plants indoors if they
are sensitive to cold temperatures.
