* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...Central and Southern Willamette Valley, Portland Metro
  Lowlands, Greater Vancouver Metro, Lower Columbia River and
  Cowlitz River Valleys, and Portland West Hills and Chehalem
  Mountain.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM PST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.
