* WHAT...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous
  seas 12 to 17 ft at 15 seconds and south winds 15 to 25 kt with
  gusts up to 30 kt expected. For the Gale Warning, seas 13 to 18
  ft at 14 seconds and south winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45
  kt expected. Isolated gusts up to 55 kt possible.

* WHERE...Inner Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence
  out 10 NM.

* WHEN...Hazardous Seas Warning, from 7 AM this morning to 7 AM
  PST Saturday. Gale Warning, from 7 AM Saturday to 7 AM PST
  Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels. It is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe
harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.

  11 ft. Second Ebb current of 1.34 kt at 1127 PM Friday. Seas 13
  to 15 ft. Third Ebb current of 3.92 kt at 1201 PM Saturday.
  Seas 12 to 14 ft.
