EVENING TO 8 AM PDT THURSDAY...

* WHAT...For the Gale Warning, seas 10 to 15 ft at 12 seconds and
  south winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 45 kt. Isolated storm-
  force gusts up to 50 kt possible. For the Hazardous Seas
  Warning, very steep and hazardous seas 14 to 19 ft at 14 seconds
  and south winds 20 to 30 kt expected.

* WHERE...Outer Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence
  10 to 60 NM offshore.

* WHEN...Gale Warning, until 11 PM PDT this evening. Hazardous
  Seas Warning, from 11 PM this evening to 8 AM PDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels. It is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe
harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.

  up to 50 kt possible. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very
  steep and hazardous seas 14 to 19 ft at 14 seconds and south
  winds 20 to 30 kt expected.

  ft at 14 seconds and south winds 25 to 30 kt expected.

  Tuesday. Seas 9 to 10 ft. Second Ebb current of 3.58 kt at
  1154 PM Tuesday. Seas 10 to 12 ft. Third Ebb current of 1.83
  kt at 103 PM Wednesday. Seas 12 to 16 ft.
