* WHERE...Outer Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence
  10 to 60 NM offshore.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM PST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

* WHAT...Rough bar conditions expected. Seas 10 to 12 ft with
  winds of 10 to 20 kt.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM PST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft,
  especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the
  Columbia River Bar.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ebb current of 4.92 kt at 203 PM Sunday.
  Seas 8 ft. Ebb current of 3.23 kt at 219 AM Monday. Seas 10 to
  11 ft. Ebb current of 5.33 kt at 243 PM Monday. Seas 8 ft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wave conditions are expected to
be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River
Bar. Mariners are advised to obtain the latest bar conditions
from the United States Coast Guard before attempting to cross the
bar.
