* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, seas 6 to 9 ft at 7
  seconds and northwest winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25
  kt. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous
  seas 9 to 13 ft at 10 seconds and northwest winds 15 to 25 kt
  with gusts up to 30 kt expected.

* WHERE...Waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon OR from
  10 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 5 PM PDT this afternoon.
  Hazardous.IN THE MAIN CHANNEL.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or cause
  damage to vessels.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Hazardous Seas Warning means hazardous sea conditions are
imminent or occurring. Recreational boaters should remain in
port, or take shelter until waves subside.  Commercial vessels
should prepare for rough seas and consider remaining in port or
taking shelter in port until hazardous seas subside.

* WHERE...Inner Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence
  out 10 NM, Waters from Cape Falcon to Cape Foulweather OR from
  10 to 60 NM, and Waters from Cape Foulweather to Florence OR
  from 10 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

* WHAT...Rough bar conditions expected. Seas 6 to 8 ft building
  to 10 to 12 ft overnight before subsiding to subsiding to 7 to
  9 ft late Sunday. NW wind 15 to 20 kt with gusts to 25 kt.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 9 PM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft,
  especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the
  Columbia River Bar.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong ebb current of 6.01 kt at 833 PM
  Saturday. Seas 10 to 12 ft. Ebb current of 2.68 kt at 918 AM
  Sunday. Seas 11 to 13 ft. Ebb current of 5.28 kt at 937 PM
  Sunday. Seas 8 to 10 ft.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wave conditions are expected to
be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River
Bar. Mariners are advised to obtain the latest bar conditions
from the United States Coast Guard before attempting to cross the
bar.
