  south winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt. For the Small
  Craft Advisory, seas 11 to 14 ft at 12 seconds and south winds
  15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt expected. For the Storm
  Warning, seas 23 to 28 ft at 15 seconds and south winds 30 to
  40 kt with gusts up to 55 kt expected.

* WHERE...Waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon OR from
  10 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...Gale Warning, until 7 PM PST this evening. Small Craft
  Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to 7 AM PST Monday. Storm
  Warning, from 7 AM Monday to 4 AM PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which
  could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

A Storm Warning means winds of 48 to 63 knots are imminent or
occurring. Recreational boaters should remain in port, or take
shelter until winds and waves subside. Commercial vessels should
prepare for very strong winds and dangerous sea conditions, and

and waves subside.

  at 12 seconds and south winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25
  kt expected. For the Storm Warning, seas 22 to 27 ft at 15
  seconds and south winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 50 kt
  expected.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

  Seas 10 to 11 ft. Ebb current of 2.03 kt at 150 AM Monday. Seas
  10 ft. Ebb current of 4.97 kt at 201 PM Monday. Seas 11 to
  15 ft.
