SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Seas 3 to 5 ft at 10 seconds and south winds 5 to 15 kt
  with gusts up to 25 kt expected.

* WHERE...Inner Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence
  out 10 NM.

* WHEN...From 5 AM to 5 PM PDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM TO 5 PM PDT
SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Rough bar conditions expected. South winds 10 to 15 kt
  with gusts up to 25 kt.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...From 11 AM to 5 PM PDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft,
  especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the
  Columbia River Bar.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ebb current of 1.53 kt at 1214 PM Friday
  with seas 4 ft. Ebb current of 3.86 kt at 1247 AM Saturday with
  seas 4 ft. Ebb current of 1.56 kt at 125 PM Saturday with seas
  4 to 5 ft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wave conditions are expected to
be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River
Bar. Mariners are advised to obtain the latest bar conditions
from the United States Coast Guard before attempting to cross the
bar.
