...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 7 AM PDT TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Rough bar conditions expected. Seas around 4 to 6 ft with
  northerly winds around 5-8 kt.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 7 AM PDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft,
  especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the
  Columbia River Bar.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ebb current of 3.04 kt at 352 PM Monday.
  Seas 4 ft. Very strong ebb current of 6.96 kt at 411 AM Tuesday.
  Seas 7 ft. Ebb current of 3.17 kt at 446 PM Tuesday. Seas 4 ft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wave conditions are expected to
be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River
Bar. Mariners are advised to obtain the latest bar conditions
from the United States Coast Guard before attempting to cross the
bar.
