* WHAT...Seas 4 to 6 ft at 7 seconds and north winds 15 to 20 kt
  with gusts up to 30 kt expected.

* WHERE...Waters from Cape Falcon to Cape Foulweather OR from 10
  to 60 NM and Waters from Cape Foulweather to Florence OR from
  10 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...From 11 AM Tuesday to 6 AM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

* WHAT...Rough bar conditions expected. Seas 3 to 6 ft at 7
  seconds and north winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt
  expected.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...From 2 PM Tuesday to midnight PDT Tuesday night.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft,
  especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the
  Columbia River Bar.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ebb current of 3.74 kt at 329 PM Tuesday.
  Seas 4 to 5 ft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wave conditions are expected to
be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River
Bar. Mariners are advised to obtain the latest bar conditions
from the United States Coast Guard before attempting to cross the
bar.
