For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous seas 10 to 15 ft at 13 seconds and southwest winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt expected. Occasional gusts up to 35 kt possible between 5 AM to 11 AM Tuesday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, seas 8 to 11 ft at 12 seconds and southwest winds 10 to 15 kt expected. * WHERE...Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence out 60 NM. * WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 2 AM PDT Tuesday.
