            A landspout was photographed and briefly
            recorded to the west-northwest of Central
            Linn High School in the fields between
            Halsey and Peoria. No damage has been
            reported so there is no track length and the
            strength will be designated as unknown
            unless additional information is received. A
            small condensation funnel was observed above
            the ground circulation by the observer even
            though the photographs and video did not
            show the condensation funnel. The ground
            circulation and condensation funnel were not
            visibly connected. Time is based on the
            public report. Location is estimated.
