.DISCUSSION...Low pressure will move over the region today with
deepening stratus across the area this morning. Onshore flow will
maintain west to northwest winds with gusts up to 20-25 mph in the
afternoon and evening. Expect elevated RH values through tonight.
Mixing heights increase on Thursday. There is a very small (5%)
chance for thunderstorms Thursday afternoon, but chances increase
to the northeast of the area.
