northerly flow today with a diurnal component through 1800. Clear
skies and significant heating through the day will cause peak
winds to be after 1500.  Winds will ease overnight. There is a
20-40% chance of winds greater than 20 mph and humidity of 25% or
less between 1400-1700 PDT today. Less than a 5% chance of similar
conditions on Monday afternoon.
