.DISCUSSION...Hot and dry weather continues into the workweek.
Near-critical humidity of 25-30% this afternoon will see a
moderate recovery to 65-70% tonight. Scattered afternoon and
evening thunderstorms may produce additional lightning strikes, as
well as locally variable/gusty winds and brief heavy downpours.
North to northwest winds of 5-10 mph this afternoon and evening
will become light and variable after sunset, then turn out of the
south to southeast at less than 5 mph overnight. Further heat and
near-critical humidity with relatively light winds and scattered
afternoon/evening wet thunderstorms are expected Monday.
