OR/WA coast will maintain an onshore flow pattern. Expect winds
out of the south/southeast through Friday, with overnight winds
becoming light. North/northwest winds return by Saturday. Widespread
rain expected to start Thursday afternoon/evening and continue
through the weekend. Heaviest rain expected Friday through Sunday.
