.DISCUSSION...Cool and moist conditions are expected to continue
through Saturday, with occasional rain showers at times,
especially Saturday morning. Most of Friday looks dry.

Winds will be relatively light Friday morning but should become
northwesterly in the afternoon, sustained between 5-10 mph.
Similar winds are expected Saturday, albeit slightly stronger
at 7-12 mph.

Offshore flow develops Sunday morning and continues through at
least Monday night or Tuesday morning, bringing breezy easterly winds,
warmer temperatures, clear skies and lower relative humidity values.
This is when exposed ridgetops will likely see east winds sustained
between 10-20 mph with gusts up to 25-30 mph. Winds should be much
weaker in sheltered valleys.
