.DISCUSSION...Cold front arrives after 2400. Westerly downslope
winds after 1100 with a 10% chance of gusts greater than 25 mph
after 1300. Thunder chances increase after 0700 becoming 25-30%
chance after 1300. Thunder chances fall below 10% after 2200.
Showers will produce locally heavy rainfall which could be as high
as 0.75 inch if storms sit directly overhead.
